Bali Retreat – Sehuli, Pererenan
17th – 23rd August, 2026
An intimate seven-day retreat held within a contained sanctuary of just 12 rooms.
This retreat is an exclusive gathering for whether you’re new to yoga, a seasoned practitioner, or simply longing for a week of nourishment and re set in Bali, that will leave you feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply restored.
As a yoga teacher, Occupational Therapist, and founder of Nook Studios in Mt Maunganui, I’ve spent the past 18 years falling in love with Bali, its culture, its people, and its vibrant yoga community. This retreat brings together all my favourite treasures from those years of connection. What I have learnt is keeping it simple with clear intentions, to give all of you attending the best retreat experience.
At the heart of this retreat is yoga- the thread that weaves together movement, breath and stillness. Each day is designed around three intentional yoga practices that invite you to deepen your connection to self, open your body, and anchor your mind. Everything else flows from this foundation of daily yoga, and includes a daily rhythm of fascia release techniques (to promote physical and emotional wellbeing), simple yet nourishing food, bodywork massage and shared onsite community experiences. This is an experiential retreat- not a teacher training or a deep-dive into philosophy- the retreat space holds you to move through set practices throughout the day with rest in between, while being feed well with simple, yet live vibrant vegetarian foods.
The three key pillars of the retreat, all weave together to support your wellbeing from the inside out: 3 immersive daily yoga practices, vibrant, yet simple whole food nourishment, and deeply restorative body treatments. This year we stay nestled in our heart cocoon of Sehuli venue, venturing out only for treatments and the final dinner.
Restorative Women’s Retreat – Kula Homestead, Muriwai, NZ
8th – 10th May, 2026
A three-day immersion into deep rest and seasonal balance. Yin Yoga through the lens of Chinese Medicine, Restorative Yoga and the science to nervous system regulation, Yoga Nidra and the benefits to dopamine, and slow yoga practices to gentle move, breath and be, we’ll explore practices that regulate and replenish the adrenals as we shift into autumn.
his retreat is so lovingly curated, where I will be blending the works between the science of the nervous system with the soul of yoga, creating experiences that invite deep rest, reconnection, and a renewed sense of balance.
As a woman, a mother, a wife, and a business owner, I understand firsthand the demands, transitions, and seasons of life. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply practical, born from years of guiding others while navigating my own journey. I know what it means to hold space for women to exhale, to soften, and to remember themselves.
Our retreat will take place in the wild beauty of New Zealand’s west coast, at the stunning Kula Homestead. Here, you’ll be nourished by gentle, grounding yoga practices, sound and mindful movement and an alchemy sensory workshop – all intentionally chosen to soothe your nervous system and honour the seasonal shift.
Returning chef Elise, (who is absolutely incredible), will be supporting the retreat with vegetarian meals, seasonally inspired, prepared with fresh, local produce to nurture from the inside out. Between practices, you can sink into a cosy nook in one of Kula’s beautiful spaces, or luxuriate in their barrel sauna or spa that overlooks the sweeping vistas of Muriwai.
This retreat is for women ready to slow down, who need space, to deeply restore, and feel supported in both body and spirit. You’ll leave with more than just a rested body, you’ll carry home a renewed sense of grounding, clarity, and connection.
